[Exam] Coumarin Quantitative Analysis (JPI-5S-71)

A test to measure the concentration of coumarin in the sample! It emits fluorescence when exposed to ultraviolet light.

We would like to introduce our "Coumarin Quantitative Analysis" test. When coumarin is hydrolyzed and exposed to ultraviolet light at 360nm, it emits fluorescence. By measuring this fluorescence intensity, we can determine the concentration of coumarin in the sample. The target types of oil are kerosene (including jet fuel) and light oil (including mixed light oil).
